Customer personally identifiable information (PII):
Customer’s personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, billing information as well as other account information for our products and service is held in strict confidence by Onefirm Technology Limited!

Our website doesn’t collect PII from the user’s computer.
PII information is requested and collected in conjunction with

1. purchase of product
2. registration of our products or services
3. providing you the services you have requested from Onefirm Technology Limited.

The user would voluntarily supply Onefirm Technology with PII when he wants to buy or subscribe (you MUST provide PII to buy)

Customers and Subscribers E-Mail Tracking

Onefirm Technology servers do not record e-mail addresses of visitors or customers unless expressly specified for purposes such as means of identification for a service or tool available for registered and/or restricted use.

Onefirm Technology will not sell or share subscribers’ e-mail address to the third parties. E-mail addresses and other associated information generated by the subscribers are held in strict confidence!

Onefirm Technology keeps customers’ e-mail addresses in order to send subscriber's follow up messages or company news, e-mail addresses may be used also to market Onefirm Technology products directly to the customers.

Storing information under your account

Information placed and stored in the applications or areas of Onefirm Technology websites (e.g. the Members’ Area, of any Service and Email Tracker Service panels) designed for the storage and retrieval of personal data or providing you the services you have requested is tied to the username and password of the member whose Internet account information is stored under.

Information which is stored or which passes through our systems (e.g. e-mail lists or e-mail messages’ content,SMS messages, passwords etc) is considered the property of the account owner.
Onefirm Technology does not monitor, review or read such information without the permission of the owner, except to the extent required to assure the proper functioning of all Onefirm Technology products of service related systems.

Onefirm Technology does not store individual Internet account passwords in the accessible format, and will not divulge or change any passwords on any account without proper authorisation from the account owner or responsible party.

Onefirm Technology employees are authorised to access customer information whenever it is necessary to review your account, provide you with requested information or services, or correct, update, delete account information. Our Anti-Spam Policy

We believe SMS messaging is a compelling tool for sending useful and on-demand information and are opposed to the sending of unsolicited SMS messages.
Any registered user of Bulk SMS Sender can send SMS text messages to his/her friends, family, colleagues, clients, contacts etc. using our service.
Bulk SMS Sender strictly forbids any SPAM messages to be sent to cell phones from our service at any time.

Our Definition of SMS Spam

We consider any unsolicited, unexpected, or unwanted SMS text message sent to the mobile subscriber in order to extort their valuables from them or to mislead them, or any message originating from someone you have not authorized to have your mobile number to be SPAM.
Our users specifically agree NOT to use Bulk SMS Sender to send SPAM. Their SMS messages must comply with the following principles:

◦ No false, invalid or misleading information in the subject line or the body of SMS message should be sent using Bulk SMS Sender.
◦ No SMS must be sent to mobile subscribers without having previously obtained her/his consent.
◦ Text displayed must clearly state or illustrate the service that is offered.
◦ Marketing campaigns must clearly identify who is providing the service (originator) and clearly state the expense of the service promoted.

Anti-Spam Policy Enforcement

Any evidence of users not adhering to this anti-spam policy will cause immediate disconnection of user spam messages sending, suspension of the service and might also result in freezing of all SMS funds to ensure an immediate end to the violation until the details are cleared up.
